As for the recommendation, I edited your write-up a bit – hope ok: Our teams develop skill matrices for organisations that then feed into multiple HR sub-systems – hiring, development, talent mobility, etc. Ashish and his team at Acism created the skill matrix authoring tool to go from the role holder conversation transcripts to the knowledge and skill descriptors, applying Natural Language Processing. We have successfully trained HR teams of client organizations to use this tool. Developing the tool called for initial experimentation with different NLP algorithms. Once the choice was made, the NLP algorithm became one of the components among many that comprised the Xsemble flowchart. The approach gave us comfort as it enabled easy upgrades. On the UI side, the main part of the application was implemented as a ReactJS SPA that was fast and responsive.
